This letter will immerse you in the first 30 years of Mabetex, a conglomerate with a group of companies, and a remarkable story of resilience, perseverance and “avant-garde”. The journey began in 1991 in Lugano, where the company was founded as Mabetex Project Engineering by me, after several years of managing an important company in Ticino. Mabetex played an important role in challenging markets in its early years after its conception. The company immediately became an important player, specializing in civil construction, thanks to the immense emotional investment I put into my company, our professional drive, and an unparalleled ambition to succeed. Mabetex reached early success in its activities and was subsequently awarded with prestigious accolades by various institutions, for the execution of dozens of construction and renovation projects, as well as carrying out major works in the various regions of Eastern Europe.

Behgjet Isa Pacolli (Gheg Albanian:[bɛhˈɟɛtpaˈtsoɫi];[1]Serbo-Croatian Latin: Behđet Isa Pacoli; (born 30 August 1951) is a Kosovan Swiss politician and businessman who served as the first deputy prime minister of Kosovo and minister of foreign affairs from 2017 to 2019 under the Ramush Haradinaj government. Pacolli is a former president of Kosovo, and served as the first deputy prime minister of Kosovo between 2011 and 2014.[2] Pacolli was one of the signatories of the 2008 Kosovo declaration of independence.

He is the major shareholder of Mabetex Group, a Swiss-based construction and civil engineering company. Pacolli is also the president of the third biggest political party in Kosovo, the New Kosovo Alliance.[3] He is believed to be the world's richest ethnic Albanian.[4] Pacolli has also acted as a mediator in hostage recovery situations.[5]

I personally want to stay close to every citizen who needs support through my foundation. I want to help the families of those who sacrificed a lot for the freedom we enjoy today. I want to help the various organizations, so that together we can open opportunities for solving many problems of homeless families. I want to help farmers and workers to provide food for their families and relatives. I want to help schools and universities that offer advanced studies for those who want to be educated but cannot afford it. I want to be where you need me the most.
